I’m so excited, I finally finished editing my first meal pack. It’s a simple idea that helps you focus on 3 easy meals that can be made easily together with similar ingredients, all while making dinner for tonight. I hope it will inspire you and help you get through the week with fewer dishes and a little more time with your family.

I have so many of these in the works, and I have pictures coming too. This is a combination of meal prep, freezer meals and meal planning that is on the light side. You don’t need to dedicate a huge day of cooking to be a little bit ahead in the week, and you can do more than 1 set per week. I’m working on more beef and chicken meal packs as well as more based on beans, lentils, fish and more. My focus for these meal packs is simple and budget friendly.
