Coconut Joy Brownies Gluten-free and Kosher for Passover


  • 2 cups Coconut Flour
  • 2 cups Cocoa Powder
  • 2 cups Coconut Oil
  • 2 cups Honey
  • 4 tsp Vanilla optional
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degress F

  2. Melt coconut oil and honey (if it's crystalized). Mix everything together until smooth. If your cocoa or coconut flour are lumpy, try to smash them first!

  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until it looks basically solid.

Recipe Notes

Some coconut flour and coconut oil are very strong coconut flavour and some are more bland. Depending what brands you have available, I'm sure you will get a yummy treat.
