Make your own Homemade Taco Seasoning packets

OK, so I admit it, I used to spend $1.29-2.99 for a SINGLE packet of the most incredible mix of spices, perfected for fajitas and great for just about any Mexican dish. It was quick and there was no messing it up. I felt a little guilty every time I’d pick up a packet, but the only kosher brand available at the time was this organic brand, and I had tried at least 3 recipes off the internet that were not at all what I was looking for. I am sure I bought and used at least 20-30 packages by the time one of my friends posted a link to her favorite taco seasoning mix on facebook (Thanks Brittany!). I tried it right away, just in case it was good, and it was so close to the packets I was buying, I completely stopped buying them. I want to give credit to the original recipe creator and blogger Darcie, by linking to her page right here https://www.darciesdish.com/frugal-friday-make-your-own-seasonings/ where you can check out the original version. I have tweaked it a little bit, and now omit the paprika and have reduced the salt and pepper just a tad. Hope you save a bundle and try it in your next batch of Fajitas, Chili or Tacos.
